Came out of hiding and had a fantastic time. We have the perfect house for parties, and the people Joe goes to school with are swell—I like them more every time I see them. I’ve often said that I hate parties, but between this and my wedding and some gatherings this summer I’m thinking about changing my position. Today I start my novel.
