My current camera bag. Form and function! Yeah, alright, it’s actually a Banana Republic handbag, but it holds my C220, my 30D, a disposable camera, the book I’m reading and all the usual purse detritus.
Today the sun came out in rainy Eugene, Oregon, and I celebrated by taking not one, but two good old-fashioned photo walks, one during my lunch break and one in the gap between the time I left work and Joe got out of class. As of late, my picture-taking method has been to find a location and come back days or weeks later with the right camera for the job. It was a lot of fun to walk around today with a camera and no plan, which, once upon a time, was the only way I knew how to do it.
