The last hiding spot in a clean, empty house.
Hosted a double baby shower today.
Mazel tov to our friends who are expecting! Hooray for making new people!
Spotted at my local comic book store:
Wanted: Lessons in beginner D&D. Teach me to be a dungeon master, I’ll pay whatever you’re worth.
No judgment here (I am a lady with a reserved box at a comic book store, for chrissakes), I’m just sort of delighted and amazed that becoming a Dungeons and Dragons tutor is a thing you can do to make money. It makes my dream of becoming a professional fan fiction editor that much more real.
Is this a thing I can start saying, or will you make fun of me for being too hippy-dippy Eugene, Oregon?
Happy New Year! Twenty-eleven has been very good to me so far, and I hope it has been good to you, too.
The Eugene pour.
When you order a glass of wine here you get approximately three New York glasses (and this photograph was taken after I’d had a few sips).
Natasha, Sarah, and Jacob, the tree and the flowers were a wonderful surprise! You cheered me up, big time.
Thank you for being such amazing friends.
