“Lydia the Tattooed Lady” - Kermit the Frog
“Jackson” - Johnny Cash and June Carter
Joe and I just did karaoke for the first time.
“Aneurysm” - Nirvana (live)
“…and seriously fuck this dude and his suicide, if his music didn’t help him, it fucking helped ME.” -Christopher Alexander
You can see the entirety of the newly-released “Nirvana Live at Reading” concert here, at least until someone who stands to make money from sales of the DVD notices and gets it pulled. I’ve only watched a couple of the videos so far, but they were so good they gave me chills (not an exaggeration, actual chills).
“Eclipse” - Pink Floyd
This one is only two minutes long.
“Now You’re Gone” - Curtis Mayfield
Fav. Curtis Mayfield song ever. Even better than “Pusherman.” That’s right, I said it.
Jimmy Fallon as Neil Young, performing the Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme song. Spot-on impression.

“Teardrop” - José González (Massive Attack cover)
One of my favorite things about Friday Night Lights is the soundtrack. This cover is particularly welcome, because I love the original version of “Teardrop” to death but can’t listen to it anymore without thinking of House.
GDG, we’re all caught up (we’ll talk tomorrow). JHG, give FNL a chance, it has some of the best writing and characters and actors on television.
“Another Saturday Night” - Sam Cooke
I have a special dance that I do to this song when I’m listening to it alone in the house. It’s kind of Mashed Potato meets Funky Chicken, and it feels really good (even though it looks really dumb).
